What Size Aqua Bag should I get?

One of the most asked questions we receive is which size Heavy Hitter Water Punch Bag should i buy?

Whilst there is no set answer a lot will depend on the following:

1) What weight can your wall/ceiling take? - this will often determine the size of the bag you can hang. We provide both the recommended weight and the weight when full as a guide.

2) How tall / big are you? if you are more towards flyweight then the 16" may be suitable, if you are more towards the heavyweight division, our 22" bag is where you want to be.

3) What are your training goals? If your aim is endurance and fitness then the 16 or 18" bags would be great. If strength and power is your goal then the 22" maybe a better fit for you.
