Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on all bags except for bags used for commercial gym use which is 9 months. 

The warranty excludes the following:

• Wear and tear
• Colour degradation
• Deliberate misuse

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

1. Email us with the issue along with a photo to jab@heavy-hitters.co.uk 

2. You need to include name, order number and delivery address.

3. We cannot offer a warranty if you do not have an order number.

4. Replacements only, no refunds can be made after 14 days.

5. Warranty begins from the date of order.
