Returns Information

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns under the following circumstances.

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product has NOT BEEN USED, products which have been used are not eligible for return.
  • It is up to the purchaser to send the goods back at their own cost.

To organise your return: Please contact us at jab@heavy-hitters.co.uk with your order number, reason for return and we will respond with the return address.

Our team will respond within two working days with your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed. If you don’t see a reply, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Please wait for confirmation and instructions before sending any items back — we can’t accept returns without a valid Return Authorisation Number.

Once your return is authorised, you can arrange to send the item(s) back to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can organise a collection for you; however, the cost of this service (starting from £10.87 + VAT per item) will be deducted from your refund total. Please note: return labels are not included — they will be emailed to you and must be printed by the customer.

Important Return Conditions

  • Custom branded or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased in our showroom may be exchanged at management’s discretion.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging. Used or incomplete returns may be declined or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted unless deemed faulty by our team or one of our engineers.

This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

 

Faulty Items:

If you think your item is faulty then please take a couple of photo's and send an email to jab@heavy-hitters.co.uk explaining the fault and how this was caused. Faults must be reported within 30 days. 

These images will be sent to our technical team for evaluation. If the product is deemed to be faulty then you can either:

  • Ask for a replacement to be sent out
  • Ask for a refund if within 30 days

PLEASE NOTE:

The following are NOT COVERED by the warranty:

  • Damage to the bag through incorrect filling - Please read the instructions on how to fill the bag correctly.
  • Splits to the side of the bag caused by external objects such as walls, nails or any other objects which may cause damage to the bag.
  • Wear and tear of the bag.
