These aqua bags are a fantastic piece of equipment for ant contact sport. This is a god send to our boxing club. Uppercuts and hooks are spot on even the straight shots have improved. The design of the bag takes so much pressure off your joints, wrist,elbow and shoulders. I wouldn’t recommend using the bag without gloves on, I wouldn’t recommend using any without gloves on comes to that! The bags are all different sizes the smaller ones are great for speed work and defence such as slipping, ducking and rolling. Before I give the product the high praise it deserves, I must first give credit to the supplier- SUPER FAST DELIVERY!! 10/10 WOW! What a bargain price too - under a hundred quid for this 16" aqua bag.
